Action Plan:
- clear the HW Log with the 2nd Option in the DSET that the Display
return to blue
- Update at least Perc Driver, Firmware and the Harddrives

(all 3 links can only be used if the Red Hat Update packages work in
your cent OS, if not you need to Update it Offline with a boot media,
just send me feedback if you need the links)

I just humor them, call back 30 minutes later and tell them you did what

they asked. Or if it is quick I just put them on hold, go get something 
to drink and then tell them it is complete with no change. They are 
probably just some low level techs reading off questions and responses 
from their screen.
