Ftape seems to probe on lp0, and the printer replies to the probe (which
ftpae reports as an unexpected response). It does actually find the
streamer on lp1, but then says there is no interrupt (the port has IRQ 5)
I don't want to use lp0 since lp0 is a standard port but lp1 is an ECP
port. The standard port runs way too slow to stream off properly.
