Yes indeed. It's a very old carry device. Odd that it has a 0x003 ID.
Is the onboard serial eeprom big enough to carry firmware ??

Check http://www.dauskardt.de/carry.html for 0x004, 0x006, 0x0010 device id 
drivers.
