At the moment I am using the following:
2.4.2-2 kernel
Red Hat 7.1
usbutils 0.8
n.b the kernel has various options set, such as
usbdevfs.
The problem which I am having is the recognition of
the speedtouch module within the USB dev fs
(/proc/bus/usb). It would perhaps be helpful for those
concerned to know what appears when I run 'depmod
-ae'. The results of this command can be seen in the
attachment to this message.
If there are further problems with my case, I would be
extremely grateful if I were informed, even if no
solution is presented to me.
