You missed the point Stephen. That point was that so far, this was the only "webcam" camera that actually worked with linux. Lots of other more prosaicly normal digital cameras, like my Olympus C3020, work just fine albeit its unmitigated hell on batteries by the pocket full. I don't go anyplace without at least 2 spare 4 packs of AA's. Now, I'm not smart enough to write a driver for one of those, and I've got a very small Logitech paperweight here that I'd like to make work myself. A ClickSmart 310.
