I was trying to point out the following:
- training _is_ expensive and time consuming and one have to
  consider firstly the training of end users (as appropriate of
  course: for a Samba server you don't need to consider this)
  and secondly the training of IT staff (but it's their job to
  keep reasonably up to date)
- setting expectation too high may hurt in the long term:
  better to set the expectation lower and be successful
  (this will encourage people to take further baby steps)
  rather than set them too high, failing and turning people
  away for a longish time.
