I'd like to be in on this as well.  Could someone provide details as to where 
to go?

As for what Telecom are charging for national traffic, I'd be interested to 
hear more about this.  As an ADSL customer I get free national traffic.  It 
strikes me that there is something wrong in the system if a university can't 
host distros for Linux for everyone in the country!
