Perhaps the uni needs to look at getting involved with the community wireless 
thing that I see is happening here in Christchurch to provide a bit of 
competition and give Telecom some reason to think a bit harder?!

Telstra seem to be able to provide free mirror sites for all the major distro 
stuff to all it's broadband customers in Australia.

Most ISPs in Australia seem to be able to match that.

Seems the rugby isn't the only thing that we get beaten on!
