Hummm... you can't lease space on 802.11abg frequencies... it's public spec 
space.

Hummm.... shouldn't be.  Wireless sites in AU get sub 10ms ping times.  
Gaming is one of the main reasons they do it over there.

Ouch that hurts!  Is that really want the uni is paying for data?!?!?  

Why is the uni paying for volume anyway?  The size of the place they should 
be on a fix pipe.
