like all other prmised technology rollouts, theres little to be excited about until it actually happens. "A little later in the year" should be damn soon given today's date, but obviously its now unlikely to be true. Also there is nothing there about cost and capping.
My 128k jetstart with 10G/mth usage cap is _ok_ but 256k with the same cap would be so much better.
