well having spent more time than i can spare on hold waiting for someone
from telstra/clear/paradise to tell me about switching to their adsl for
my business, I have come to the conclusion that they are no better than
their competition.

if this is service then i'm bill gates.

their damn web site has no real info and suggests ring an 0508 number
that has no options for enquiries about services, and isn't answered
after 15 mins on hold. someone should refer them to joe bennet's article
in yesterday's press.

I can only assume the ever efficient yuri is not presently on duty!
