longer story I dislike paypal .. it cost me several hundred $ in currency conversion charges in the "old" days .. I never want to use it again. On the other hand the equally evil western union also charges far too much for a simple service. A bank that allows you to transfer money to foreign accounts through internet banking with modest fees is desireable. So which bank(s) have the best services and lowest fees in this regard?
