It's a very emotive word, and is generally accepted to have a precise technical meaning. Misconfiguration != bug. Installation program *creating* a misconfiguration is conceivably a bug, but the misconfiguration itself isn't. Possibly a "feature". In any case, it is an "issue" that you have.
Try to be accurate, and concise (which means, less verbose).
And ditto "patience", which I haven't seen for a few days.
