As I said, you don't need to fiddle with spamassassin's default
configuration at all, and shouldn't do so until you have reason to.
Exactly how SA filters your email has no influence on whether your whole
spam checking setup with kmail works.

The files in /usr/share are always used by SA. Your personal changes go
into /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf

You still haven't said what your problem is. Does the email not go
through SA? Does SA not detect spam? Does kmail not detect emails marked
as spam by SA?
