It would be a special trip. My charge-out rate is $60 for one hour 
(that'd suffice), otherwise I have work of my own to do.

The Free Software view (contrarian viz Jim's) is that whereas your 
software is free, servicing it is not. Others may have more time 
available, however.

Whatever support you employ, the only guarantee of everything working to 
your satisfaction rests in researching the skills to DIY. But the 
chances today are good.
