Aha!  This is the one I built (from the Grynx site).

I couldn't find a 600R transformer, so I built the potential divider 
version.  It does work, but I seemed to get a lot of echo, or rather, the 
other end got a lot of echo.

Also, I didn't use the USB power supply version- mine has a 9V battery.

If anyone else builds one and has some success then I'd be keen to compare 
notes.
