To get the bcm43xx driver working you need to download the firmware from
http://svit.epfl.ch/stuff/wl_apsta.o and then use bcm43xx-fwcutter to
extract it to /lib/firmware/

suggests bcm43xx will be in the 2.6.15 kernel included with dapper. But
it isn't in the 2.6.15 kernel sources that i have at home. Nic says it
is in 2.6.17 - maybe it was delayed and not included in 2.6.15
amazing what google and the ubuntu wiki can find though isn't it.
