When I was at Chch Tech we had a Teacher there Bill Hughes,
also you say your Grandfather was a Telegraph Tech, was he in Chch?? I
started in Chch (1950... wow that ages me) but also spent time in
Hamilton and Dunedin.
Now I would like to think about making a start and would like to try
both the Ubuntu and Suse, altho the friend in the States who sent me the
disks also sed that he thought Mepis was a good one.
What do I need to do to get a copy of these please??
Replace the CD'sor DVD's ?? should they be CDR's or CDRW's??
I have Fragmented the HDD although after several runs it still leaves a
small block apart from the main block but hopefully that wont be a problem.
