You can get a 25 -> 9pin adapter easily. Also, a lot of modems have a 'dual-headed' cable, i.e. a 9 pin *and* 25 pin socket wired onto the same cable. Besides, you don't need to worry about that right now, and you can always disconnect the Dynalink and connect the 56k modem to the 9pin port instead. Good luck! Andrew
