Nobody. I too would like to see an end to the horde of Private Tertiary Establishments. Promptly! I wholeheartedly agree that there certainly has been a lot of - frankly - corruption going on. The most important sector which needs a good going over is the ordinary state schools. The primary ones in particular urgently need well educated and knowledgeble teachers. The pay needs to be sufficient to find people who are able to engage the more gifted and intelligent pupils who might then might actually achieve to a level commensurate with their intellectual abilities. The whole country would benefit. I'd better stop there before I get really into a flow of prose and say something which will get me into trouble. -- CS
