The 2 facilities in which I was interested when they were offered  by
St. Albans  are a reasonably high speed Internet connection, a decent
kitchen & dishwasher. ( The dishwasher has packed a sad. Hopefully
it's going to be fixed )

I have been able to arrange alternating Tuesdays and Thursdays for next year.

I agree with that. Judging by the interest in the books which Hi-Tech
books brought along yesterday, I really don't think we can honestly
take money off firms unless they realise that they are making a
strings-free gift.
