We regularly hit RE*PC, a local computer recycler, and find excellent
machines for low-end use.  Just last week we got some HP-Vectra low profile
desktop machines, PII-233, 4gb hard drive, 64MB RAM, and NIC for $70 each.
They're great for routers, Linux desktops for newbies (hell, they're faster
than many of our production Linux servers :-).
