ibm is, or at least used to be, like this as well. had a little problem with a thinkpad, and within a couple of hours there was a guy from airborne there *with a special, really nifty, packing box* who waited until i had the machine packed up. took it away. repaired machine returned the next day. (now if they could only get a handle on battery technology!) though i do wish that we had available monitors that were as head and shoulders above the rest as the old nanao flexscans were. -- dep Reasonable people adapt themselves to the world.
