People here seldom used "Arcade" to refer to Golden Shopping

Speaking of rip-off, there were people selling OEM software in
used markets. BEfore the enforcement of the new laws, few buyers
caerd about the licensing terms required for OEM stuffs. Those
who sold teh OEM software were actually taking advantage of
people's ignorance about OEM laws.
So you think copyright laws are good, and protecting honest
merchants (if not the programmers)?
