Rackspace... :-). http://www.rackspace.com/apps $2US per month per user, $10/month minimum though, but if you're hosting the family email on a domain or something it can make all the calls from your mother and crazy uncle vanish over night. :-) Gives you a nice webmail client, secure Imap, 10G per user, nice control panel, and fanatical support which is not just marketing cruft for them, they've saved my arse a number of times. I host the family email domains, some club stuff and 30 customer domains that linger around from my old hosting business days.
