I believe that if you read and take to heart my... -- 10 newspaper articles, -- 2025 Task Force submission, and -- Master's paper on public sector effciency, you will be head and shoulders above your peers there - although considered a bit "radical", at first. They are all on the Free page of my soon-to-close website, www.boms.co.nz (It also lists my qualifications and achievements, explaining why I'm such an arrogant p***k some times. :-) The most striking difference that higher-level migrants notice about NZ is the dysfunctional workplace culture and management style. Most are too polite (or savvy) as to be so blunt about it (except to fellow migrants). But I'm not. :-) Good luck.
