Domain and email: domains4less.co.nz, cheap, but don't expect much or fast support unless you want to pay $1+GST/minute. You get an SMTP server for sending (but probably not relaying). They do web hosting too. Freeparking is pretty expensive, they're probably good, however I have not tested their email service for corner cases. Locally in Christchurch have a look at snap's offerings. They're good as ISP, so worth looking at their website for costs. Ditto inspire. registerdirect.co.nz have email with domain registration for a reasonable price, but will not provide an SMTP server, and their email has always been pretty useless for the one case I'm particularly interested in and you probably won't care about. They offer web hosting, which I can't comment on. Those spring to mind, but there will be others. If you're prepared to admin it for them you can probably go and buy by price and listed features, that cpanel stuff seems ubiquitous.
