Hi - it's hard to top Ross' response, but I've been using a US company called mydomain.com for 13 years or more for my personal domain and family email addresses. They have free URL forwarding and email forwarding, and it's been totally reliable. The great thing about fowarding services is that you can forward to personal accounts, and you dont get locked into an isp. I've used any number of free hosting services over the years, currently google's 'sites' for basic brochureware.
