At work we regularly use Cisco 887 VAG  which is an ADSL/VDSL/Cellular
router but it lacks wireless ethernet.
Or there's one  Cisco 887 VAW into which you can connect a cellular USB
stick.

Downside is they're about $2k each, plus the on-going costs of the
cellular data.


A short-term better option might be to use guest wireless, whereever its
available.  Most camping grounds have something, as does macdonalds.
