gparted will do this for you, it is available in most distributions; http://gparted.org/
Another option is to use the Microsoft tools. In Windows click on the start button, type diskmgmt.msc in the run box and hit Enter(you will need to be logged in as an Administrator) In the window that appears select the partition you wish to resize. Right click and a resize option will appear in the right click menu.
