Been doing that... They rang me up recently, plan review bla bla (I have
a *very* old one - ohhh did it feel good back then telling Telecom their
services were no longer required...), and by the time they rang back a
few times with all info I asked for the story just broke. I said I'm not
paying $10 *extra* for a bit more data (and speed, which probably has
little if any customer-noticable difference) when they are no longer
providing any email service. Higher price for lower service? In the
telecom industry? Really???

Just wait. Prices can only get better. Especially with lots of noise,
and the diggers are in my street for fibre...
