I wrote small perl scripts to make them available in dict utf8 format.

The only problem is to detect what the different encodings are, but, the
scripts are small and easy to use. (in french for the moment, but if
some people are interrested , I ca send them, after translating : it was
for my own use; I contacted the french maintener of the program, but get
no answer for the dict format, so I did for my own use)
