Anything which cannot be documented is considered art...
eg. can you document how much pressure a painter should apply while making a
stroke, or how viscous the paint should be for a particular effect.
Nope, you have to learn it on your own, at the most, you can be guided.
OR
can you document at which angle the leg should be raised by a flamenco
dancer to get the grace that goes into it.... its just natural smooth flow.
Cracking is indeed an art as much as hacking, I haven't seen any hacker
using psycho techniques to any advantage as much as most crackers do.
Infact, there used to be a time when crackers used to be trained (very much
like in starwars master-apprentice ways).
Of the many things that used to be taught, one which "I" personally found
intriguing was, when talking over the phone with a pawn (a minor person in
the overall game) in the system you should smile, it seems (rather is a fact
confirmed by many) the listener at the other end can feel you smile and goes
into a relaxed mode, thus putting him/her at a disadvantage.
Regards.
