Not always true, some of the best crackers are sometimes the best hackers
you could get, just that their brains are totally screwed.
Infact, applying what has been learnt from different sources is done by
hackers too...

The gamesets for a hacker and a cracker are completely different, what is
insignificant to one, is an immense source of power to another.

I didn't know MCA had sessions dealing with body language or personality
development.
