you havent seen the inside of an udipi joint then. While in Mumbai and metros, your observations on food would be partly true, they are almost the opposite in the small towns. And you cant extrapolate that to branded electronic goods. The same set of job work manufacturers make the branded and unbranded stuff, albeit with a little better QC.
