No. It requires some discernment on the part of the moderators. If it seems
that the person is only posting this type of thing and not contributing in
other ways then he is pimping for something else and distracting us. If he
contributes in other ways and not just redirecting us then it may be okay.
Each situation should be treated as unique. I am against black and white
policies in general when it comes to dealing with people.

If I was moderating I would ask him and see if he is interested in
contibuting to this site or just in redirecting traffic. If it was the
latter or he does not respond then I would assume that he is a troll.
