Thanks for all your help guys. It's really great that the tools are no
longer completely ignored once outside the tablet's "rectangle." However,
the area in which the driver does not ignore the pen/tool looks like this:
  _________
_|_________|_
| |         | |
| |         | |
|_|_________|_|
 |_________|

instead of (ideally) this:
_____________
|  _________  |
| |         | |
| |         | |
| |_________| |
|_____________|

This means that if you move the pen a little too fast to a corner and beyond
the corner, the cursor can get "stuck" to
the screen's edge without it having reached the very corner of the screen.

I guess this is somewhat a minor issue, but I felt I should mention it all
the same.
