Officially, we don't support 2.6.19 yet.  Last 2.6.19 we tested was
2.6.19.1.  Maybe something has been changed since recent 2.6.19.1 that
requires an updating of Wacom kernel driver.  I'll take a look and
upgrade it as needed.  Do you have the Wacom kernel source from your
2.6.19 beyond? Please email them to me directly if you do.

Meanwhile, please upgrade your X driver by

cd linuxwacom-0.7.7-3/prebuild
./install

The jump issue should be fixed in the new package.
