This document contains many recommendations by the editors in bracketed form.  
Are the editors looking for a review focused on accepting/rejecting these 
comments?

FWIW at a quick read I’d be willing to accept all (or nearly all) of the 
editors suggestions.  I will happily review the document either in its entirety 
or focus on the editorial comments, or both.
