Copy. Paste. You can paste as a quotation or just plain paste,
but I don't think there's any way to change the quotation character.
If you enable styled text, you'll get a vertical bar on the left
and piss off those who want purely plain text.

Or you could use the "redirect" button, but that makes it look
like the message came from the original sender instead of from you.
