Hmm....question for the more experienced modellers in the group....is he
joining resin kit pieces together with modelling compound? If so, is that
then enough to hold the kit together when the compound dries? Would you
epoxy or superglue the pieces together first if you could? What kind of
modelling compound would you use for something like that. Any of the
modelling compounds at Micromark.com would suffice I think? After it dries
you sand-->primer--paint correct?
I have several really nice Gundam resin kits gathering dust and yeah
looking at his pics, I've been bitten by the bug to do some modelling. I
only have about 8 or 9 months of freedom left now ;) I've never done
the resin kits as I have no experience with them and wasn't sure where to begin,
but looking at his page where he assembles the helicopter; the light-bulb
finally went off...
