Presumeably the scientists working on the Apsalas managed to work the kinks out in those Flight Goufs. :P I don't think the Efreet in Blue Destiny is ever shown in the air. Were all models of the Efreet built with the supposed flight capability (albeit one that didn't work, and one that might have been removed anyway to make room for the special equipment on that particular Efreet)?
