First there would need to be some games that would draw US attention.  To date, there haven't been any spectacularly good games.  And there have been plenty of really bad ones (including the game based on the Superior Defender series).  That's not to say that there haven't been any fun Gundam games.  But none of them have really distinguished themselves by virtue of anything other than the fact that they're part of the Gundam franchise.

That's the point. I think... Both HGUC/MG (and now GFF) went to 0083
well after MSIA. And I am wondering if MSIA would have went to 0083
at that time if not for the US market. So, the US market can have a
great influence on the Japanese producers, but not directly. I think
the MSIA route was one such case, and perhaps... Gundam gaming could
become the next example?
