Unfortunately, by most accounts the best Gundam games are the ones least likely to be released in the States -- the Giren's Greed series and G-Generation series (too much dubbing to do on the former, and with regards to both, all Japanese executives know hyperactive Americans don't play or appreciate turn-based strategy games).

Are there any G-Generation games on the Game Boy platforms? I wonder if some of the WonderSwan G-Generation games could be ported to the Game Boy Advance or DS. If it's worth it to release both Super Robot Wars OG games in the US, surely G-Generation can carve out a niche.

First there would need to be some games that would draw US attention.  To date, there haven't been any spectacularly good games.  And there have been plenty of really bad ones (including the game based on the Superior Defender series).  That's not to say that there haven't been any fun Gundam games.  But none of them have really distinguished themselves by virtue of anything other than the fact that they're part of the Gundam franchise.

That's the point. I think... Both HGUC/MG (and now GFF) went to 0083

well after MSIA. And I am wondering if MSIA would have went to 0083

at that time if not for the US market. So, the US market can have a

great influence on the Japanese producers, but not directly. I think

the MSIA route was one such case, and perhaps... Gundam gaming could

become the next example?
