First let me say that I am emmensely fond of
 Richard and, despite whatever disagreements
we may be party to I respect his perseverance
and dilligance during these seemingly endless
delays and reversals. I'd also like to apologize
for being a little too harsh in a previous
article. Richard, like myself and others
 occaisionally let's that e-mail fly a little
to quickly. Well such is life. My conversion
to more civil procedures was a result of
 long thought and consideration. Silence
speaks far greater than endless babbling
and a directed message is vastly more
efficient and effective than reams of
cyber-pap no matter how valid. That from
 the Live and Learn department.

My concerns about the potential for a blurring
of lines between the IFWP group and other entities
remains. So I prefer an independant list. However
certain rules must be applied and applied very
carefully and judiciously. In my opinion there
should be a rough limit on the number and/or
length of aritcles that would kick in when any
one contributor appeared to be hogging too
much of the ether. Likewise if extremely
aggressive or threatening language were to
be used. Basically this forum should be like
 any other civil gathering.

I would be honoured to assist in the FACILITATION
of this discourse (a term I highly prefer to what
I regard as the out-moded concept of "moderation.
We don't need moderating. Polar views are often
unavoidable. We need assistance in respecting
those opinions and in building them to a consensus.
