You're digging rather deep here, aren't you Marty? I'll bet you're going to
be sorry you asked this. No answer can help you. If the requests remained at
more or less the same volume, that information is even more damning to your
argument. If they increased and NSI refused to honor most of them (which is
unlikely), we will have to assume they had no merit. Either way, you lose.
A bit of friendly advice: you would do well to think out your moves
beforehand. These lists are like the chessboard, once you've touched a piece
or clicked on "send", you're stuck with it. But thanks for posing the
question. Saved me the trouble.

Once again, there's no response here that can help you, unless there was a
marked inversion of the
no-response/deregistration ratio over time. Even then, this would only go to
show that the squatters were becoming commercially more astute and choosing
better names. If the ratio is flat over time, that supports the opposition.
If the ratio has been diminishing, that is, if fewer and fewer claims were
upheld, better yet (for Mikki and Milton's thesis).
