Wide does not mean massive. By mass media standards
we get the merest trickle of interest. Then again we
are not part of the mass media (thank goodness!). And
the people we get visiting our site are most unusual
and quite interesting. Even tolerating our many and
undisguised short-comings. Even after an extended
 period of renovations.

It's me and Gard doing this for free for the benifit
of people like us. We have minimal money, work for the
love of it and believe in what we are doing. It's also
fun because we get to meet people and serve people.
Better still we are right in line with the old and,
in our opinion vererable traditions of the Net. We
are non-commercial, opposed to formal institutions,
believe in the "Live and let live" credo, strongly
support decentralized structures and so on.

Hope that clairifies things for you. BTW hopefully
we're back onstream registering domains in mid-
February. Til then there's lots to experience on
FCN so pay us a visit some day.

 Cheerio!
