If you're referring to the meeting on 9 March that you posted the URL for
last night, that meeting covers *only* the future of the .us domain.  It's
relevant to issues involving other domains only to the extent that the fact
that the USG is holding such a meeting makes clear its position WRT the
ccTLD "sovereignty" issue.
