If that were the case, it would be appropriate for http://www.internic.net
and http://rs.internic.net to continue to point to it, since InterNIC is the
registry (the registrar is WorldNIC).

Yep. Thought it might be a staging site for a
new registry home page, but it just looks like
the old page. I suspect they will have a
neutral registry page up soon.
