That structure is already there ins several places. Bill of Rights, White Paper,
1996 Telecommunications Act, ect... Is it necessary to add it again in
different language that may or may not be in line with these already
established conscripts? We say no..

Not at all, I say that the RAM, is responsible to defend himself against
the wolf and protect his eus, right? This is mearly a defensive construct,
not and advocating of violence. I would have thought you would have
gotten that connotation....

Close, but not quite. It is more of a warning, not a threat of violence.
The second amendment says, that you can TRY to force something upon
me, but I reserve my right to defend against you. Come at your own risk...
